Welcome to the Council Bluffs Web Page! We're glad you're here!
What is AMP?
AMP meetings are a time for youth to gain valuable life skills for healthy transitions into adulthood, learn about local resources, and socialize while in a supportive and well-supervised environment of youth with similar experiences. AMP is a statewide network of youth councils made up of youth aged 13-23 who support and advocate for themselves and other youth who are currently or who have ever been in an out of home placement (foster, adoptive, kinship, shelter, residential or group care).

Council Bluffs AMP meets in the gymnasium of the Lied Education Center on the campus of Children's Square USA, 8th Street and Avenue D, Council Bluffs, Iowa. We meet the first and third Tuesday of each month, from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
